The Board of Studies of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India has assigned weightage of marks to various sections of company law subject. This is the best way to prepare yourself just before CA Intermediate Dec 2021 examinations.

All subjects has been divided into various sections and each section contain different topics. Weightage of marks have been assigned to those sections. Corporate Law question paper would take into consideration the weightage range assigned to each section.

Following are the detail section wise and chapter wise weightage of marks assigned to the Paper-2 Corporate and Other Laws of CA Intermediate course examination to be held in December 2021 under New Scheme of Education and Training.
