Job Description

Entity is startup – a mix of tasks and skills will be required1. Support other staff and Steering Committee members with administrative issues2. Effective office administration/logistics3. Accurate and timely bookkeeping4. Accurate and timely operation of payroll5. Process all invoicing and expenses claims6. Maintain inventory of office supplies and own re-ordering processes7. Ensure a clean and tidy office environment (overseeing the cleaner etc.)8. Help organize specific meetings inside and outside of the office
